A simple dish but yummy. Try this Stir Fry Four Angle Beans. This vegetable is not our local species but is Taiwan species, very crunchy. The length was actually longer than 12" ruler.
Ingredients:
2 tbls cooking oil
1 tbls minced garlic
1 tbls chopped dried shrimp
1 tbls sweet minced radish
Four Angle Bean
1 tbls light soya sauce
Less than 1/2 small bowl water
pinch of salt
Method:
Heat up wok
Put in oil
Fry garlic, dried shrimp,sweed minced radish till fragrant
Add in Four Angle Bean
Then light soya sauce, water
Salt to taste
