Kuantan

Ages at least more than 10 years I have not been to Kuantan, not a place that I am keen but since Leisure Holidays affiliate resort has unit at SGI vacation club Timurbay, a seaside getaway and to utilize the points that I have.

So i have booked for June, good for 4 persons in separate 2 units. at Timurbay Seafront Residence Kuantan. Facing Timburbay Beach on the South China Sea, this casual apartment hotel is 13 km from the blue-domed Masjid Negeri Pahang mosque. There’s a bus stop next to the hotel. We went with our business partner and wife, 2 couples for a short getaway.

ITINERARY
DAY 1
8.30 am	Fetch Gan & wife
9.00 am	Breakfast Leng's Café Bukit Tinggi
10.30am	Leave to Valley
11am	Short Visit
2.00 pm	Sin Sian Restaurant Jalan Gambut Kuantan 11am - 9pm. Best seafood porridge
3.00 pm 3.30pm	Cendol Air Putih (12-6.30pm) for cendol Check in TimurBay Residence
6.00 pm	Kuantan Art/Mural Street
	look out for 20ft shoes cobbler painting/sudirman tribute Too bad didnt manage to cover all as started to rain.
7.00 pm	Satay Zul Beserah (till 10.45pm) or Satay Zul Malay town
	(till 11pm) or Sate Zul Lorong Alor Akar (12am) We went to Satay Zul Malay town for nasi lemak and juicy satay
9.00 pm	Night walk at Teluk Cempedak. Had drinks at Starbucks till  12am. Watched fire poi spinning
DAY 2
9.00 am	Depart hotel
9.30 am	Lian Heng Kopitiam which serves nyonya laksa, good toast bread etc.
11.00 am	Tanjung Pelindung to view Giant Sea Turtles Mural
	10 metre high and 20 metre long
12.30pm	Kula Cakes Jalan Besar (10am-6pm). Yummy mango cheesecake
2.30 pm	Back hotel for rest
	Beach swim behind our hotel
8.00pm	Alor Akar Seafood Dinner (close 11.30pm) Had yummy crab
DAY 3	By 9 am check out.  On The way Kopitiam Andorra Peak for best nasil lemak Overshot Hasil Laut Kiah Kee and ended at a shop further up Sin Kee Hung at Jalan Gambang.
