Ingredients
3 chicken whole leg deboned. Cut each to 3 pieces
In a bowl mix these and marinate the chicken with
1 tbls soya sauce
1 tbls oyster sauce
1/2 teaspoon pepper, salt, sugar, tapioca flour, sesame oil.
Lay marinated chicken on steaming plate, scatter these on top
Slice ginger strip
6 red dates, remove seed, cut into half
1 teaspoon goji berries
1 piece dong quai) Angelica sinensis or sometimes referred to as "female ginseng" in English)
Water boiling, steam for 15 minutes. There you go delicious and simple to go with rice.
