Simple Recipe - Pai Tee (Top Hat)

Yummy Pai Tee that I have tried to cook for the first time.  I did not make any pai tee hat as son bought home from Melaka and told me to cook the fillings.

I cooked a medium size of turnip and it turned out pretty delicious.




Method:

Oil fry crispy small onion, set aside

Leave the oil in wok

Add in minced garlic, dried shrimp

Then 1 table spoon minced tau cheong or bean paste

Add in turnip (Sengkuang) then carrot

Follow by pepper, salt, soya sauce, water

Cook till soft
